After enjoying success in her local real estate market Jennifer pursued high density development projects, this took her into the world of investment sales. It involved complete dedication and utter hard work of 7 days a week. At the helm as Victorian General Manager for 9 years, Jennifer was the driving force behind volume sales in Melbourne projects, including high rise, house and land and townhouse packages across the metropolitan estates across Melbourne. Jennifer created and drove the selling of hundreds of these very lucrative packages by acquiring the land and assigning small competitively priced builders. This volume of sales created expansion of a national marketing group.
Jennifer takes great satisfaction when driving past projects in which huge volumes, some in the hundreds, were sold by her team. Too many to mention, but to name a few recently completed notable focus projects in which 70 or more sales were achieved include Wrap and SXY2 by Baracon, Habitat and Coromandel by Vicland, Art on the Park by Ubertus, Aura and Greville by Deal Corp, Abeckett and Lacrosse by Pan Urban, many others such as 109, The Bank, Precinct also Worthington Estate Pakenham by Baycrown, Belle Gardens Estate Melton, Truganina and Point Cook in the west, Orchard Valley, Aspect and Green Orchid Estates in the south east.
Jennifer is not ashamed to admit it is pure pride and passion for success that keeps her focussed. Understanding development, she knows sales is not the only thing that matters in her industry.
